About Us

Critter Pet Care founder, Pam, traces her passion for animals to growing up on a farm in Wisconsin. From a very young age she was involved in the care of animals of all sizes and species: dogs, cats, horses, cattle, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, rodents and others. In addition, she was riding and showing horses since she was 5 years old.

Pam's early exposure to animals, and experience as a lifelong pet owner (she has 6 pets in her family at the moment) enable her to quickly develop a rapport with pets of all varieties. She has a natural instinct for connecting and identifying their needs, and a gentle and caring approach to meeting those needs. She’s also very adept at listening to the needs of their owners. Humans are critters too!

Pam has an advanced Certification with DogTec in San Francisco, pet First Aid and CPR, dog behavior and dog walking. Critter Pet Care has been awarded a Best of 2015 and 2016 Thumbtack Awards because of their great customer reviews. 

Prior to establishing Critter Pet Care, Pam enjoyed 30+ years in corporate America (mostly hi-tech), on various marketing teams helping companies increase their online sales and leads through creative Internet Marketing campaigns / marketing analysis, and web development. Now she still enjoys doing her own marketing for Critter Pet Care.

As a past sport bike racer, and an avid tennis player for over 20 years, when she's not competing in team matches and tournaments, Pam can also be found tending her garden, surrounded by her beloved pets.

With a growing clientele, a small group of carefully chosen animal professionals are accessible to the Critter Pet Care team in order to ensure that a wide variety of services are covered.
